• Manage daily Canteen operations, including food prep, hygiene, volunteers, and counter service.

• Order, receive, and maintain stock, minimising waste and ensuring quality.

• Maintain equipment, clean Canteen areas, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

• Monitor Canteen finances, including pricing, budgeting, cash handling, and banking.

• Develop and implement strategies to grow sales, including promotions, special menu items, and community engagement.

• Support school events, catering, and fundraising initiatives.

• Communicate regularly with the school community via updates and social media.

• Pack Uniform Shop orders as required.

• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently and with a team.

• Experience in food preparation, safety, and hygiene.

• Strong financial skills and experience in budgeting, pricing, or sales growth.

• Creativity and initiative to refresh menus and operations.

• Current Working With Children Check (Paid) and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
